Check your parcel on delivery. Contact us right away for defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise for proper solutions.

Washed items or products without original tags cannot be returned.

For quick restock of your wanted item, return the current goods and place a new order after return approval.

We will email you once we receive and check your returned package to confirm refund eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment account within 10 business days. Banks may take extra time to clear the funds.
